Our Service Includes -  After a free, no obligation consultation the following are included in the property search, Acquisition and Relocation service-     

1. Viewings - Escorted property viewings will be organised on potential properties.

2. Constant feedback - Ongoing communication is crucial as the search progresses.

3. Digital Photographs - We will provide regular photographic and property detail information that closely match your given brief.

4. Shortlist recommended properties - Once we have found a shortlist of three potential properties, a time suitable for yourself accompanied by us will be arranged to view.

5. Local information - Provide our knowledge of local area for education and amenities.

6. Offer negotiated - All negotiations are handled by ourselves. Results demonstrate that more often than not our home finding service becomes self funding. It is essential to establish a considered opinion of value before starting negotiations in order to give you confidence in the price you ultimately pay.

7. Purchase through to completion - Once an offer is agreed, we will converse will all parties involved to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Our fees - After obtaining a brief an initial registration fee is payable. We ask for the registration fee up front to cover expenses incurred during the property search. This fee covers a 3 month period refundable on success of completion.
